Cozee Warm limited – Who We Are.
What began back in 1989 has surprised even myself.
Back then, struggling through the Thatcher years, I was always looking for work, times were hard, firms closed constantly, jobs were scarce, and I had a young family.Things weren’t good.
This was when I decided to take the risk of working for myself, and started down the road of self-employment. I was basically putting my family’s future in my own hands. Al least there wasn’t the worry of redundancy…..
In hindsight it was a lot easier then. There was nowhere near the level of competition that you find now. Work was mainly obtained by word of mouth, and you had to work to a high standard, or your customers didn’t recommend you forwards. There was no social media back then…..Times have certainly changed, but we haven’t!
We take pride in everything we do, and what work we undertake in your home, we would do exactly the same in our own. No compromises on that score.
Where we are now.
Things progressed quite rapidly, and what started as just Alan Ward, quickly became A Ward Heating, and then A Ward Heating Limited as we grew. When my son Adam came on board full time @2013, we started looking further afield for work. This was when we renamed ourselves and eventually became Cozee Warm Limited. The reason for this was to become involved in Government and Energy Company contracts. In hindsight, it’s not something I would ever become involved in again. We are much happier and settled working for and on behalf of the general public. I don’t see this changing anytime soon if ever.
What we do.
We install, service & repair gas central heating boilers and systems. We supply & install magnacleans, smart thermostats, radiators, designer radiators, basically everything to do with domestic heating.
Nowadays we tend to use Baxi boilers as our first choice manufacturer. Quite simply, they provide quality products,they are very affordable in comparison to the other market leaders & provide a back service for you the customer that is second to nobody.
